Thanks for sharing Mike. I have just signed up for the event. Facilitation and workshops is our bread and butter as BAs. Virtual facilitation is a challenge with reduced F2F interactions. How do we better connect with our stakeholders in a virtual space. What techniques can we deploy? I have personally found that creating more meaningful 1-on-1 (virtual) relationships is the starting point before the larger workshop of 2 -5 people commences. It is even more relevant in the virtual space to keep participants to a bare minimum. I’ve used Miro as a collaborative tool, but found that if others do not know how to use the tool effectively, then it is just a shiny tool (bear in mind that I used Miro in May/June 2020 – when mass remote working just kicked off). Have others had any successes with on-line collaborative tools more recently?
