As increasing numbers of large organisations make the ‘great leap’ towards agile and changing their ways of working – many adopt Scrum or a Scrum variant. Within Scrum, there are three roles: Scrum Master, Product Owner and Team Member. Two of these roles are new to most organisations with no logical transition point.
