Bruce Taylor and Craig Brown have been developing capability models for Product Owners and Business Analysts. We want to share our approach with you and co-create a career development framework with you.

In the course of this workshop, you will contribute to creating a capability model that you can use to plan and manage your career or the people you manage, mentor and support.

The workshop agenda:
1. Set the context. What’s the problem we are addressing?
2. What core competencies matter? Collaborating on building a model of what areas matter.
3. Defining what good looks like on the journey from novice to mastery and at the stages in between.

We are looking to have rich conversations with BAs and POs that work with or mentor others in managing and developing their careers.
