Re-post from the LinkedIn consultants group 🙂
I’ve read 2 articles in the past week about STEM, and how Arts are being added to the mix, which makes sense if you think about it. We’re moving into a fast-paced innovative culture that is going to rely on STEM, but without creativity, how do we actually innovate?
Google is looking to add A to STEM and by the look of it, so are some of the big 4 consultancy’s. Companies are looking for creative thinkers, which is a big part of why things like Human Centred Design, Design Thinking, and UX/UI are taking off.

This can also tie into the AI article shared on the company LinkedIn profile yesterday. By automating manual work, businesses will need to rely on creative thinkers more and more. How they improve services, products, experiences… you can’t just rely on analysts any more, you need creativity moving into the automation age.
