We have created an awareness course for how to use the CoE, this will soon be available via a welcome page. We completed a review of all templates for consistency of look and feel (over 70 of them), which will be uploaded to the CoE with PDF versions for view only options (40 already complete). Re-recorded a large number of PDs for which Customer Journey Mapping; Prototyping; Requirements Traceability; and Value Streams have been uploaded. More to come. And completed quality checklists for some of the high use templates – to be uploaded this week.
Remember, your feedback is very important to us. So, wherever you are in the CoE, if you think there is something missing, or something could be better – fill out the feedback form and let us know!
